I can not get into my account and its saying my email isnt registered even though my account is new i havent played in maybe a week or two and i cant remember my password i just need to rest my password and then i can get in

Hello I was trying to access my old Webkinz account. I remember my username and password but it will not let me log in. My username was Airick2 and I can send my password if necessary. Please let me know if there is a possibility of me being able to log in it would be a fun nostalgia trip. Best regards, Eric Jensen

Cannot access my account
I've had this webkinz account since I was a kid and wanted to pass it over to my nephew who is now old enough to play on Webkinz. When I tried contacting them they did not respond and they shut down my account. I've spent hundreds of dollars on this account and had over 30 webkinz. Super disappointed with their customer service team and will not be giving this company another dime. I do not recommend webkinz to anyone and will not be letting my nephew play. We will be finding another site/game for him to play.

No one is ever available to help
I just wanted back into my account and no one seems to be able to help. I have tried so many times to get into my old account and I have put a lot of effort into my account and I would like to not have to start a new account. I dont have the money or time or effort to put into a new account. I want my old account back.

Hi. I logged into my sister's account M1nm2n to try and send myself the superhero theme in the curio shop because I do not own a Deluxe account on mine on nic3h. Since I already mailed myself Deluxe items, I tried to go to the trading room to trade the superhero items to my account for food in return. Suddenly, I was kicked off my sister's account and it said I am permanently banned from her account. I tried to login to her account on another computer, and it said the same thing. I am on the phone with my sister and she told me to email you guys. I am so sorry. My sister's email is mindyhassur@***.com .

Deluxe Membership issue
Hi. I just bought a deluxe 3 month membership. It sent me the code through email, a link to redeem it. I go to redeem it the code is fine but it says my username is invalid. User: promises99 I know my user name is not invalid, I play everyday on it. I wasted my money, and its saying I don't have an account with Webkinz. Which isn't true. Please help. Can I get my money back, or can you add it to my username.
